When I first walked through the doors of Northern Virginia Community College, I was unsure of what my path would be. Because I've always loved film, I decided to take a film production class to see if it would be the right fit. It's the best decision I ever made. We made Queen of Mud for that very course, and it was an unforgettable, inspiring experience. I got to work with and learn from some wonderful, kind female filmmakers, who made me see this dream could turn into reality.
